Off we go to Washington

Well, we packed our bags for the last time on Friday to start the last leg of our journey to Washington. Jason and I packed up the car the night before we left his parents house to head to our new house in North Bend, Washington. We left his parents house at 5.15am to start our 14hour journey.

Kayle did a GREAT job during the whole journey and only cried when she was hungry or when she did a massive squirty poo! She played with her little bug friends the whole way!
We arrived at our new house at about 7pm that night after a long 14 1/2 hour car ride!

I'm got my Uncle Steven's genes

Something about this picture reminds me of my younger brother Steven...
Can you tell me what Steven?

Kayle loves her mussies as much as her Uncle Steven does!

Sleepover at the Haack's

Kayle & I got to sleepover at Aunty Jesi, Uncle Ryan & Cousin Jonahs house for 3 weeks while I worked out my notice before we met Jason to move to Washington. We had lots of fun hanging out, dancing to Jonahs keyboard, playing on Aunty Jesis bed, making & eatingpancakes & generally acting like children.

License to Drive

Wednesday morning, Kayle and I got ourselves packed and ready and headed up to Northern California to Grammie and Papa's house to chill for a few days and to meet Jason.

The drive went really quickly and Kayle did great. We left at 11.30am and arrive at Grammie & Papa's house at about 6.30pm. We stopped twice so Kayle could eat and so I could go to the toilet. I was worried that I would get tired driving but when I did my back-up driver would take over for me!
We are going to spend 2 days here before we continue our journey up to Washington on saturday morning. We pick Jason up from the airport on Friday and we are SO excited. We haven't seen him in nearly a month and we have missed him so much. I already have buterflies and we don't get him till tomorrow.

Fun on Valentines Day

Kayle and I got to hang out with Jonah, Jesi & Ryan all day on Valentines day which was really nice because we were missing Jason alot. We started our morning with some yummy heart shaped pancakes courtesy of Uncle Ryan. Then while Aunty Jesi was at a job consultation, Jonah, Ryan, Kayle and I went and played football (soccer) in the sunshine. When Aunty Jesi was done with work we had some lunch and then after nap time we went out and about to get some bits and pieces done. We ended up at Olive Garden for a lovely romantic dinner!!

It was a really fun day just hanging out in the sunshine!

What a poser!

On 1st February, Jason and I just learned that we have a POSER for a daughter! Some great friends of ours, Sarah & Bruce took some absolutely wonderful photos of Kayle for us. They have a wicked camera and so we had a professional photo shoot.
