Kayle has been having lots of fun wearing her new Butterfly Face mask that her Auntie Jesi sent her.

Big Girl Undies!

Kayle earned herself a brand new scooter this week for learning how to use the potty! She is officially out of nappies (diapers) and into Big Girl Undies!

I really wanted Kayle out of nappies before I went in for my operation and kayle decided that her reward was going to be this cool scooter that she saw on the TV. We drew her a fantastic sticker chart and everytime she did a wee or poo on the potty she got to pick a sticker and put it on her chart! She did SO well... and was dry in 3 days! We were so proud of her!

Being patriotic!

On Saturday, I took Kayle and Jason to the local St.George's Day & Royal Wedding Celebration Street Party. In Whitton, our local town, they shut off the main high street and set up stalls and booths and had a parade of local people, war veterans, kids, loud motorbikes etc. We attached some patriotic flags to Kayle's pushchair and walked around for a while. Kayle got to enjoy some yummy food, including a delicious chocolate cupcake! We had a really fun time walking around in the sunshine and celebrating our English heritage.
