What a day!

Fun fun fun... that's what I had yesterday at my baby Shower.

Jesi, Jason's sister and my friend Natalia threw me the best baby Shower ever... I had so much fun and got so many AMAZING gifts for Kale.
Everyone was so generous Jason and I couldn't believe how much stuff we got.

Jesi, Natalia and Sue came over a little before the shower and decorated
the house and made it look really nice.

They bought yummy food and cakes for everyone to enjoy.

The back garden looked great.
Jason and i spent last weekend cutting back trees and ivy so that it would look nice.

Here I am getting ready... pouring myself a glass of nice cold lemonade!

Enjoying the sunshine in the back garden before things got too busy.The party favors... Jesi & Natalia put together a really cool CD of 'Mellow Bedtime Songs' for Kale. They aren't lullaby's, they are just cool chilled out songs. It's a great CD.

We got so many wonderful presents from all our friends... we are so lucky!Kale's Gammy and Papa in America bought her the car seat for when she gets a little bit older.A little bit of fun at the end of the afternoon... typical... Jenn being a bad influence on me making me take silly photos!

I had a wonderful day and was made to feel very special by all my friends... thanks everyone.

Goodbye Gas Guzzler... Hello Fuel efficieny!

Jason and I FINALLY got rid of our big Toyota truck!
We have been trying to sell the truck for almost a year now and had no luck because the price of petrol has gone up so much and everyone wants nice small fuel efficient cars...

Last night Jason and I went to LOOK at a little Toyota, Yaris car to see if we liked it... well, Jason and I being who we are, we bought a little Scion XD.
Toyota took our truck for an AMAZING price and sold us the Scion.

A very talented dophin

This video is from 10th August when we took my cousin out on our boat for some fun in the sun.
We hung out on the boat for a few hours and then went for a drive to find some dolphins.
What we found was a pod of about 500 dolphins... one of which was a bit of a show off!

Our new toy

This is just a small sample of the craziness that occurred at my brother in law's birthday at the end of June... whilst playing a game called 'Rockband'!

Jason and I had so much fun playing it at Ryan's birthday that we searched high and low for a good deal and found one on Craiglist... and bought an Xbox and the game!

As you can tell... I like playing, even by myself!
You have to really play a 'guitar' and hit the right notes at the right time in order for the song to play on the screen. I love the drums!

Jason's family came down to see us on Sunday and we hung out and played Rockband! We are in preparation for a rather large gathering of famous people at Christmas in Valley Springs!
